  • Try out our group fitness classes if you haven't tried them out yet!

  • If you are not 100% sure how to use a machine, ask our knowledgeable staff!

NUTRITIONAL ADVICE

  • Try to minimize consumption of processed foods

  • Drink lots of water

  • Minimize sugary foods

  • Ensure to consume all macronutrients

  • Refer to Canada's Food Guide for more information

GYM ETIQUETTE / TIPS

  • Bring a refillable water bottle

  • Wipe machines down before and after use

  • Ensure you have indoor / clean running shoes

  • Proper fitness attire

  • Be friendly with all members and staff

  • If you are unsure on how to use a machine, ask a staff member for their assistance

  • Bring a personal spray bottle around with you
