Olivia is a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner with OFC, she is certified in Group Exercise, Indoor Cycling, Older Adult Training and Personal Trainer, specialized in Resistance Training. Olivia loves to make connections with the members and clients, supporting their goals and meeting or exceeding their achievements. She is a Humber Graduate of Fitness and Health Promotion. Olivia is looking to make connects with members and clients and be able to bring their goals to light also go above and beyond their goals.
