It’s Fun to Get Fit

 

7X FLEX

Flex your muscles in 7X Flex! This strength & endurance based class, will utilize weighted barbells & other small equipment. The class will start with a cardio based warm up, followed by a full body workout, using barbells, free weights and other equipment.

7XSTEP

Step into 7X Step! This cardio based class will help reduce weight, build cardiovascular endurance, improve coordination and motor skills, as well as work up a good sweat. Relaying on the step, and performing hi - lo movements throughout the class will be conducted at a tempoed pace.

COMBAT MIXUP

Mix up your punches and kicks in Combat Mix Up! This cardio style class will teach the basics of punching and kicking and fuse the basics to progress intensity level along with explosiveness over time. Format and execution of combat moves will always be mixed up with each class, keeping the brain alert and active.

BODY HUSTLE

Hustle your body with just your body! This class will only use body weight and utilize how to move your body at your own command. Learning how to move your weight and what works for your body is the main achievement for this class.

TANK TOP TONE

Tone up for your fav tank top in TankTop Tone! This 30 minute class is short yet effective, focusing on the upper body and small muscles that can sometimes be forgotten.

BOOTY & BELLY

Build your booty and shrink your belly in Booty & Belly. This 30 minute class will focus and educate on the core as  whole along with breaking it down into manageable groups. Glutes, abdominal muscles and back extensors.
