It’s Fun to Get Fit
Bootcamp is a great high intensity class that can put you into a great sweat! You will learn and practice a mix of different resistance and cardio exercises in planned circuit form. This class will be a full body workout engaging all muscles while building cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Combat Fusion is a cardio based class, that incorporates combat self-defence moves such as cross-punches, uppercuts, jabs and hooks. The lower body is also involved, including, front kicks, back kicks and sidekicks, along with lower body exercises. The class starts off with a cardio based warmup to prepare and activate the whole body, the class will conclude with abdominal and glute work.
Body Sculpt is a barbell focused class, that will be a full body workout. The class will begin with a cardiovascular warmup, along with muscle activations for the large muscles groups that are going to be involved in the class. After the warmup, the bigger muscles will be exercised first, following with the smaller muscle groups, and concluding the class with a full body stretch, focusing on the areas that were used most
Yoga is a combination of gentle yoga, yoga flow and meditation. Gentle yoga will consist of holding beginner poses for up to 2 minutes and yoga flow will be short combinations of beginner poses linked together to gently raise the heart rate. A short guided meditation will be provided to sooth and teach breathing techniques.
30MIN. BOOTY & BELLY
Booty and Belly is an amazing and quick 30 minute class to tone and build up the abdominal muscles and glutes. In this class woman can be guided into learning how to engage and activate specific target muscles. Through this class, women can also be educated on how to lose fat and tone muscles in specifically the abs and butt.
30MIN. TANKTOP & TONE
Tank top tone is a fun way to learn upper body exercises to tone and build muscle and execute exercises safely and effectively. In this class, women will become stronger and learn to activate specific and target specific muscles. Tone the triceps, back, biceps and pecs while having fun and learning new things.
